Zoe had her first guitar lesson when she was just six years old and she is one of the lead guitarists in The Mini Band.

The Mini Band was formed in 2011, after they all met at a local rock school. They have enjoyed playing many gigs since the band started including Reading Festival, Blissfields Festival, Winchester, and Weyfest, Farnham plus many other venues. The band have also featured on TV around the world.

In 2011 a video of Zoe and The Mini Band playing a cover version of Enter Sandman by Metallica (at Bucklebury Beer Festival, UK) went viral on YouTube, and received millions of views. Zoe played the lead guitar in the song. The video captured the attention of Metallica, and they favourited the video on their YouTube page. At a charity gig at Newbury Rugby Club the BBC were filming us, and before we went on stage they presented them with a personal video message from Metallica! This was a complete surprise for everyone!

In 2012 a YouTube video of Zoe playing Stratosphere by Stratovarius went viral and currently has over 5 million views on YouTube. This video was spotted by Zakk Wylde, Mike Shinoda (Linkin Park), and Nick Mason (Pink Floyd), all of whom tweeted about my video. John Petrucci (Dream Theater) also saw the video and consequently The Mini Band were invited to meet Dream Theater backstage at Wembley Arena before they played to a sell out crowd.

Zoe has appeared on her own on many different TV stations all around the world including BBC, Channel 5 (UK), ITV, Channel 1 Russia, CBS News, and Nippon TV in Japan.

Zoe love playing rock music, especially Metallica, Guns n Roses and Foo Fighters. She is inspired by lady guitarists such as Chantel McGregor, and Orianthi.
